A COMMUNITY OF SMALL BUSINESSES
The Oasis also offers rental space for other businesses, who run their programs out of our studio. They are physical therapists, massage therapists, trainers, and more. These are independent businesses, so the Oasis is not a part of the booking, payment, or service. However, through collaboration, together we offer our clients a well-rounded community of practitioners to help you be your strongest self.

FAQ
Should I start with group classes or private sessions?
There is no one right answer here - it all depends on your priorities and budget. A rule of thumb is that if you are recovering from injury or dealing with chronic pain, it is wise to start with private sessions. Many people get hooked on private training (there is nothing like having an expert's undivided attention) and never stop, but some people love the energy of a group class and progress to it once they're in a more stable place. If private sessions aren't sustainable for your budget long-term, you can communicate with your trainer and come up with a plan that matches your budget and priorities.
Do I need any prior experience?
Absolutely not! All experience levels are welcome. If it's your first time, no stress: that's what the trainer is there for - to help and guide you. The Oasis is proud to be a welcoming place for those of all fitness levels to come and luxuriate in self-care. Come as you are.
I'm injured: can I still work out?
It really depends. Usually, as long as you've been cleared by a doctor, the answer is yes. Depending on your doctor's recommendations, we can either create a program that avoids the injured area, or works to restore movement and strength there. If you're recovering from an injury, you'll want to book a free consultation or email us to discuss. We highly recommend speaking to a doctor if you're unsure.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING
Nati’s Pilates classes deliver thoughtful, personal, and engaging sessions wherein she recognizes everyone in the room as individuals even though we are doing the same exercises. This is a testament to her Pilates acumen - identifying how each body is moving. Members of my family, regardless of age, have all benefited from Nati’s Pilates classes and our increased core strength advantage all aspects of our lives.
